TopGuys.co — Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Operated by Top Guys Inc.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of TopGuys.co, operated by Top Guys Inc. ("Top Guys," "TopGuys," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using its services, you agree to the applicable terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Important notice: TopGuys is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. Top Guys Inc. does not itself perform or supervise home services offered by providers merely because those services are listed, bid on, or arranged through the platform. The underlying service agreement is between the customer and the provider. Certain legal rights and liabilities cannot be excluded by contract, and nothing in these terms is intended to exclude them.

1. Credit & Fee Overview

TopGuys provides an online marketplace where independent service providers can discover job opportunities, submit bids, communicate with customers, and obtain work. The credit-based wallet allows providers to pay platform fees associated with awarded jobs.

How credits work

  • Bidding: Providers may submit bids without a separate per-bid charge, subject to platform eligibility and wallet-balance requirements.
  • Bidding eligibility: Before submitting a bid, a provider must have sufficient available credits to cover the platform fee that would apply if the bid were accepted.
  • Job awards: When a homeowner accepts a provider's bid and awards the job through the platform, the applicable platform fee is charged to the provider's wallet.
  • Other activity: Browsing jobs and messaging users do not themselves incur a job-award fee.
  • Negative balances: If a provider has sufficient credits when submitting a bid but insufficient credits when the homeowner accepts it, the job may still be awarded and proceed. The platform fee may cause the provider's wallet balance to become negative.
  • Restricted bidding: A provider with a negative balance must repay the deficit and meet the applicable balance requirements before submitting additional bids or accepting additional jobs through the platform. This restriction does not automatically cancel or invalidate jobs already awarded.

Platform fee at a glance

TopGuys charges providers the following fee when a bid is awarded:

  • Rate: 7% of the accepted bid amount.
  • Minimum: $3.00 per awarded job.
  • Maximum: $95.00 per awarded job.
  • Currency: USD, unless the platform expressly identifies a different currency for a particular transaction.

The fee is calculated as follows:

Platform fee = the greater of $3.00 or 7% of the accepted bid, capped at $95.00.

Examples:

Accepted bidPlatform fee
$20$3.00
$50$3.50
$100$7.00
$200$14.00
$500$35.00
$1,000$70.00
$1,500$95.00
$2,000$95.00
$5,000$95.00

Fees are calculated on the accepted bid amount recorded by the platform, using the applicable fee formula and rounding to the nearest cent where necessary.

The platform fee pays for the marketplace service and does not guarantee payment for the underlying work, job completion, workmanship, or customer satisfaction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, homeowners are not charged a separate TopGuys transaction fee merely for posting a job or accepting a provider's bid. Providers remain responsible for taxes and other obligations arising from their service businesses and service contracts.

2. Transaction Fees

When fees are charged

A platform fee is charged when a homeowner accepts a provider's bid and the job is awarded through the platform's workflow.

The platform fee is based on the accepted bid amount, not an unaccepted estimate or the original advertised budget.

The fee is recorded in the provider's transaction history along with a reference to the associated job.

Provider subscriptions

If TopGuys offers paid subscription plans, the applicable subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and cancellation terms will be disclosed when the provider subscribes.

Unless a plan explicitly states otherwise, subscribing does not eliminate the 7% job-award fee or change the $3 minimum and $95 maximum. Any subscription-specific benefits are governed by the terms displayed for that plan at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees and wallet credits are separate. Purchasing a subscription does not automatically add wallet credits unless the plan expressly includes them.

Fee calculations and corrections

Top Guys may correct a demonstrable duplicate or erroneous fee through an authorized adjustment or reversal recorded in the transaction history.

Any refund, reversal, or adjustment is subject to applicable platform policies and law. A fee is not automatically refunded merely because a customer or provider later cancels a job, disagrees about the work, or fails to fulfill their obligations.

3. Wallet, Top-Ups & Refunds

Wallet credits

The provider wallet holds prepaid credits purchased through the payment methods made available on TopGuys. Where the platform displays a one-credit-to-one-US-dollar value, each credit represents $1.00 USD.

For example, a $50 purchase adds 50 credits after successful payment verification.

The minimum wallet top-up is $5.00 USD. Additional transaction limits or restrictions may apply where disclosed.

Credits may only be used for eligible TopGuys platform fees. They cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash, except where a refund or other payment is required by applicable law or our stated refund policy.

Wallet balances and negative balances

Providers are responsible for maintaining sufficient credits to use bidding and job-award features.

If a provider has enough credits when submitting a bid but insufficient credits when the homeowner accepts it, the platform may still finalize the award under the applicable workflow. The platform fee may result in a negative wallet balance.

A provider with a negative balance must purchase sufficient credits to repay the deficit and satisfy any additional minimum balance requirement before submitting further bids or accepting additional jobs.

A negative balance does not, by itself, cancel an already awarded job. The provider and customer remain responsible for their existing service agreement, subject to its terms and applicable law.

Purchasing credits

Credit purchases are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. Credits are added only after payment has been successfully verified. Pending, failed, canceled, or incomplete payments do not entitle a user to credits.

Users must provide accurate billing information and authorize all purchases. Payment processors may apply their own terms, verification procedures, and restrictions.

Automatic top-up

Providers may enable automatic top-up if the feature is available. By enabling it and checking the consent box, the provider authorizes TopGuys and its payment processor to automatically charge the provider's saved payment method whenever the wallet balance falls below the chosen threshold, in the chosen top-up amount, until the provider disables the feature or removes the saved payment method.

The provider chooses the applicable threshold and top-up amount, subject to the minimum top-up amount of $5.00 USD and any other limits disclosed by the platform. The threshold and amount are displayed in the wallet settings at the time the provider enables the feature and can be changed there at any time.

Charges occur only when the wallet balance crosses below the threshold, not on a fixed schedule. TopGuys does not guarantee a specific frequency or number of charges; the actual timing depends on wallet activity and job-award fees.

Each automatic charge is processed through the payment provider using the saved payment method on file. Credits are added only after payment has been successfully verified. Pending, failed, canceled, or incomplete payments do not entitle the provider to credits.

If a payment fails or requires additional authentication, credits will not be added until payment is successfully verified. TopGuys may suspend repeated automatic attempts to prevent duplicate or unauthorized charges and may notify the provider of failures through available support channels.

Providers can disable automatic top-up at any time through the wallet settings. Disabling the feature prevents future automatic charges that have not already been initiated, subject to applicable payment-processing rules. Disabling automatic top-up does not by itself remove a saved payment method or cancel any charge already in progress.

The provider's authorization remains in effect until revoked. To revoke it, the provider should disable automatic top-up in wallet settings or contact team@topguys.co. Revocation does not affect charges already initiated or rights and obligations that arose before revocation.

Automatic top-up is optional. Providers may purchase credits manually at any time without enabling it, and enabling it is not required to use bidding or other platform features.

Refunds and account closure

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless expressly authorized by Top Guys Inc. in writing. TopGuys does not provide automatic refunds, credits, or chargebacks for unused wallet balances, mistaken purchases, or changes of mind.

All purchases are the responsibility of the service provider account that made them. How a provider uses purchased credits, including the timing and amount of any bids or job-award fees, is at the provider's own risk and responsibility. TopGuys is not liable for credits that a provider chooses not to use, allows to expire under any applicable policy, or is unable to use due to account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

To request a refund, the provider must contact team@topguys.co. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to verification, the applicable payment method, fraud-prevention requirements, and applicable law. Approved refunds, if any, are issued less outstanding fees and other lawful amounts owed.

Credits already used to pay a valid platform fee are not refundable solely because the associated service was later canceled, disputed, or unsuccessful. Top Guys may review alleged duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges and make appropriate corrections where warranted, but no refund is owed merely because a job was canceled, declined, or did not proceed.

TopGuys will not withhold a refund where doing so would violate a non-waivable legal requirement. Any refund Top Guys authorizes is provided as a courtesy or to comply with applicable law and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide refunds in other circumstances.

Transaction records

Wallet purchases, fee deductions, refunds, and authorized adjustments are recorded in the transaction history with relevant amounts, dates, statuses, and transaction references.

Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized transactions or errors through the support options provided in their accounts or by contacting team@topguys.co.

4. Terms of Service

4.1 Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable legal age of majority if higher, and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the platform.

You agree to provide accurate and current registration information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.

You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

4.2 TopGuys is a marketplace, not a home-services contractor

Top Guys Inc. operates an online marketplace and technology platform intended to connect customers with independent third-party service providers.

The platform may provide job listings, bidding tools, messaging, scheduling, calendar integration, AI-assisted job analysis, estimates, provider profiles, and related features.

Top Guys Inc. does not itself perform the underlying home services and is not the contractor responsible for work performed by independent providers merely because those services are arranged through the platform.

Top Guys Inc. does not subcontract home services. The platform solely provides a connection between customers who need work performed and independent service providers who choose to bid on or accept that work. Top Guys Inc. takes no responsibility for which provider a customer chooses to hire or for which jobs a provider chooses to bid on or accept.

Except for obligations that Top Guys Inc. expressly undertakes in a separate agreement or that applicable law imposes, Top Guys Inc. does not direct or supervise the provider's workmanship, methods, tools, staffing, or on-site activities.

The service contract is between the customer and provider. Merely listing a provider, facilitating a bid, displaying a profile, or enabling a booking does not make Top Guys Inc. a party to that service contract.

The parties' actual relationship and applicable law determine their legal status. Nothing in these terms is intended to misclassify a worker or waive a legal obligation that cannot be waived.

4.3 Independent service providers

Providers offer services on their own account and are responsible for their businesses and operations.

To the extent legally accurate, providers are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Top Guys Inc. solely because they use the platform.

Each provider is responsible for:

  • The quality, scope, safety, and timely performance of their work.
  • Their bids, pricing, estimates, materials, equipment, and methods.
  • Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, certifications, permits, and qualifications.
  • Maintaining legally required insurance and any insurance coverage they promise to customers.
  • Compliance with applicable building codes, trade regulations, safety requirements, tax laws, and consumer-protection laws.
  • Their employees, subcontractors, assistants, and other personnel.
  • Damage, injury, loss, or other harm arising from their acts or omissions, to the extent legally attributable to them.
  • Their own warranties, representations, and contractual commitments to customers.

TopGuys does not guarantee that every provider is licensed, insured, background-checked, or otherwise independently verified unless a specific verification is expressly identified and actually performed.

Providers must not undertake work they are not legally qualified or authorized to perform.

4.4 Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for evaluating providers and determining whether a provider's qualifications, pricing, references, availability, and proposed work are suitable for their needs.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, photographs, property information, access instructions, and other relevant details. Customers must disclose known hazards or special conditions that could reasonably affect the work.

Customers must obtain any approvals they are legally required to obtain, comply with their service agreements, and pay providers according to the agreed payment terms.

Customers must not request unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized work.

4.5 Job requests, bids, estimates, and AI assistance

Job listings, bids, estimates, and project descriptions are provided to facilitate discussions between customers and providers.

AI-generated job analysis, suggested prices, estimates, matching recommendations, and similar outputs are informational tools only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guaranteed to reflect actual site conditions, material costs, labor requirements, legal requirements, or final prices.

AI-generated estimates are not binding quotes or professional inspections. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

The final scope, price, schedule, materials, and other service terms are agreed between the customer and provider.

Submitting a bid does not guarantee that a job will be awarded. Acceptance of a bid through the platform may establish a service agreement between the customer and provider according to the displayed workflow.

4.6 Scheduling, calendar features, and Google Calendar

Providers may use TopGuys calendar tools to display pending bids, awarded jobs, appointments, and custom events. Calendar entries are intended to assist with scheduling and do not independently guarantee that a job or appointment has been confirmed.

Users are responsible for checking appointment details, responding to scheduling requests, and communicating changes.

If a provider connects Google Calendar, the provider authorizes the integration to access and synchronize the calendar information covered by the permissions presented during authorization.

Google Calendar is a third-party service subject to Google's terms and policies. TopGuys does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or synchronization of third-party calendar services. Users should verify important appointments and not rely exclusively on synchronization notifications.

Private calendar notes should remain private within the platform unless the provider explicitly chooses to share them or authorizes their transfer to another service.

4.7 Direct service contracts and payments

The service contract is between the customer and provider. Unless a particular booking expressly states otherwise, the customer and provider arrange payment for the actual services directly between themselves.

Top Guys Inc.'s wallet and platform-fee collection are separate from payment for the underlying work. Charging a platform fee does not mean TopGuys has received, guaranteed, or held the customer's payment for the service.

Customers and providers are responsible for documenting their payment terms, deposits, materials, additional work, taxes, and any refunds or warranties arising from their service agreement.

TopGuys does not operate an escrow service or guarantee that either party will pay or perform unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

4.8 Cancellations, workmanship, and disputes

Customers and providers must comply with the cancellation and change terms they agreed to for the job and any applicable legal requirements.

Disputes about workmanship, incomplete work, property damage, injuries, prices, warranties, scheduling, or payment should generally be addressed directly between the customer and provider.

Users may report fraud, safety concerns, abuse, or platform-policy violations through team@topguys.co or the available support channels. TopGuys may review reports, request information, restrict accounts, or take other reasonable actions under its policies. However, TopGuys does not guarantee that it can resolve every dispute, recover money, compel a provider to perform work, or reimburse a user for a third party's conduct.

A cancellation or dispute does not automatically reverse a valid platform fee. Any adjustment will be handled under the applicable wallet policies and law.

4.9 Third-party conduct and service disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Guys Inc. does not warrant or guarantee the acts, omissions, competence, reliability, availability, legality, or performance of independent service providers or customers.

TopGuys does not guarantee that a provider will bid on a job, accept a project, arrive at a particular time, complete work, meet a specific standard, or remain available.

TopGuys does not independently inspect every property or job, supervise every service, or guarantee that a provider's description, credentials, estimate, or representation is accurate unless a specific verification has been expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Guys Inc. disclaims responsibility for third-party workmanship, defective work, property damage, personal injury, theft, delays, code violations, missing materials, disputes over payment, or failure to perform a service contract, except to the extent such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for Top Guys Inc.'s own conduct where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

4.10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top Guys Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the platform, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top Guys Inc.'s aggregate liability arising from use of the platform will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, taking into account the nature of the claim, the amounts paid to Top Guys Inc. for the relevant platform services, and any mandatory legal rights.

Any contractual liability cap must be interpreted subject to non-waivable statutory rights and liabilities. Nothing in this section limits liability where applicable law prohibits that limitation.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis, subject to warranties or obligations that cannot legally be disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.

4.11 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from their own unlawful conduct, negligence, misconduct, breach of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, providers agree to indemnify and hold Top Guys Inc. harmless against third-party claims arising from their services, workmanship, personnel, licensing failures, safety violations, property damage, personal injury, or breach of their agreements with customers, except to the extent caused by conduct for which Top Guys Inc. cannot legally disclaim responsibility.

Any indemnification obligation is subject to applicable law and does not waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

4.12 Prohibited conduct

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, or unlawful activity.
  • Submit false bids, reviews, credentials, job listings, or payment information.
  • Misuse another user's personal information.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or private data without authorization.
  • Circumvent platform security, manipulate wallet balances, or abuse payment features.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.
  • Misrepresent licensing, insurance, qualifications, or the nature of services offered.
  • Use the platform to solicit unsafe or illegal work.
  • Fee evasion: Enter a bid amount on the platform that is lower than the amount actually charged to or agreed with the customer for the same work, in order to reduce or avoid the TopGuys platform fee.

Fee-evasion penalties. Top Guys Inc. relies on the bid amount recorded on the platform to calculate the transaction fee. Submitting a bid amount that is lower than the amount a provider actually charges or agrees to charge the customer for the same work, in order to pay a lower platform fee, is a form of fraud. If Top Guys Inc. determines, after review, that a provider has engaged in fee evasion, the provider may be charged a penalty fee of up to $100.00 (the maximum transaction fee), may be required to pay the fee that should have been charged, and may be suspended or permanently banned from using TopGuys as a service provider. Top Guys Inc. may also report such conduct to the affected customer and to applicable authorities where appropriate. This remedy is in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Top Guys Inc. under these terms or applicable law.

Top Guys Inc. may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access, subject to applicable law.

4.13 Reviews and user content

Users are responsible for the content they submit, including profiles, bids, job descriptions, photographs, messages, and reviews.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Top Guys Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, provide, and improve the platform and facilitate the transactions you request.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not be fabricated, manipulated, or submitted to harass or defame others.

4.14 Account suspension and termination

Users may stop using the platform and request account closure through available account settings or support.

Top Guys Inc. may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, material breaches of these terms, or risks to users, subject to applicable law.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel existing service contracts between customers and providers or eliminate outstanding lawful payment obligations. Wallet balances and refunds will be handled according to the wallet terms and applicable law.

4.15 Changes to the platform and terms

We may modify the platform, features, fees, or these terms as the service evolves, subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where required. Where affirmative acceptance is legally required, continued use alone will not substitute for that acceptance.

The current version and its effective date will be displayed on the platform.

4.16 Governing law and local jurisdiction

Company and corporate matters. Top Guys Inc. is a California corporation. Its corporate existence, internal affairs, and matters governed by California corporate law are subject to the laws of the State of California.

User transactions and local services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from services arranged through TopGuys.co, including disputes between customers and independent service providers, will be governed by the laws applicable in the local jurisdiction where the relevant services are primarily performed. Where no physical service location applies, the relevant jurisdiction will be determined based on the nature of the transaction and applicable law.

Mandatory legal protections. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a customer, provider, or other user of mandatory consumer protection, employment, contractor licensing, privacy, or other legal rights available under the laws that apply to them. Where applicable law requires a different governing law or forum, that law will apply to the extent required.

Legal proceedings. Any court proceedings will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory venue rules and any valid agreement between the relevant parties. These Terms do not require a user to bring a claim in California solely because Top Guys Inc. is incorporated there.

Separate service agreements. The governing law applicable to a service contract between a customer and a provider may differ from the law governing a user's separate agreement with Top Guys Inc.

Severability. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

4.17 General provisions

These terms do not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship solely through use of the marketplace.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These terms constitute the agreement governing use of the platform, subject to any separate written agreements and applicable mandatory law.

5. Privacy Policy

Top Guys Inc. respects the privacy of users of TopGuys.co. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information when users access the platform.

5.1 Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform and which features you enable, we may collect the following categories of information.

Account and profile information: Name, email address, account identifiers, profile details, provider business information, and contact details.

Job and project information: Job descriptions, bids, estimates, property or service locations, photographs, attachments, scheduling information, and related communications.

Messages and support information: Messages exchanged through platform features, support requests, complaints, feedback, and records needed to investigate reported issues.

Wallet and transaction information: Credit balances, wallet ledger entries, top-ups, platform-fee deductions, transaction references, payment statuses, subscription records, and related billing information.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by the payment provider used for the transaction. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, billing details, and limited payment-method information. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers or security codes in the TopGuys application.

Calendar integration information: If you connect Google Calendar, we may process account identifiers, authorization tokens, calendar identifiers, event identifiers, scheduling information, and event details required to provide the synchronization features you authorize.

Technical and usage information: Browser and device details, logs, session information, diagnostic data, and security events may be collected where supported by the application and its service providers.

We do not intentionally collect information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the features you use, subject to applicable law and the actual implementation.

5.2 How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Create and manage accounts.
  • Display profiles and connect customers with relevant providers.
  • Publish job requests and facilitate bids and communications.
  • Support job scheduling, calendar tools, and notifications.
  • Process wallet top-ups, platform fees, subscriptions, and related transactions.
  • Maintain transaction records and investigate suspected errors or fraud.
  • Provide customer support and respond to complaints.
  • Enforce our terms and protect platform security.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
  • Send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications.

Where consent is required, including for certain integrations or marketing activities, we will seek the applicable consent.

5.3 How information is shared

We may share relevant information in the following circumstances.

Between customers and providers: Job details, bids, profiles, messages, scheduling information, and other relevant information may be shared as necessary to evaluate, arrange, and perform a service.

Payment providers: Transaction details are shared with payment processors to complete and verify purchases, process applicable charges, prevent fraud, and maintain payment records.

Technology and service providers: Hosting, database, authentication, messaging, email, analytics, security, and support providers may process information on our behalf where they support actual platform functions.

Google Calendar: If you authorize Google Calendar synchronization, relevant calendar information is transferred between TopGuys and Google according to your settings and the permissions you grant.

Legal and safety purposes: Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate suspected fraud, protect users, or enforce our terms.

Business transactions: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We do not sell personal information for money. Any other sharing, targeted advertising, or disclosure practices will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the actual features implemented by Top Guys Inc.

5.4 Google Calendar integration

Google Calendar synchronization is optional and requires you to authorize the connection.

Depending on the features you enable, TopGuys may process calendar event titles, dates, times, locations, event identifiers, and related metadata to synchronize accepted jobs and custom events.

Information transferred to Google is subject to Google's terms, privacy policy, and authorization settings.

Private TopGuys calendar notes and personal event details should not be shared beyond the scope you authorize. Review the integration settings carefully before enabling synchronization.

You can disconnect Google Calendar through the available platform settings and may revoke access through your Google Account. Disconnection may stop future synchronization but may not automatically delete events already copied into Google Calendar. You may need to remove those events separately.

We use the permissions necessary for the calendar features provided and do not intend to use Google Calendar data for unrelated purposes.

5.5 Payment and wallet data

Wallet top-ups and applicable platform fees are processed using the payment provider presented by TopGuys.

We retain transaction records needed to maintain wallet balances, reconcile payments, prevent duplicate credits or charges, provide support, and satisfy applicable financial or legal obligations.

Automatic top-up, when enabled, requires authorization to charge the selected payment method according to the user's chosen threshold and amount. Users may disable the feature through available settings, subject to transactions already initiated.

Payment processors may independently collect and process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

5.6 Data security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No website, application, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and promptly reporting suspected account compromise.

We will handle security incidents in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5.7 Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain accounts and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Some records, including financial transaction histories, may need to be retained after account closure.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purpose of processing, and applicable legal requirements. Where appropriate, information may be deleted, anonymized, or securely restricted when no longer required.

5.8 Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You may be able to update account information through your profile, disconnect optional integrations, disable automatic top-up, and manage available notification preferences.

To request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights, contact team@topguys.co.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Certain information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including financial records or information needed to resolve disputes.

5.9 Cookies and technical tracking

The platform may use essential cookies, session technologies, and similar mechanisms to authenticate users, maintain security, remember preferences, and operate its features.

Any additional analytics or advertising technologies used by the live application should be disclosed according to their actual implementation and applicable consent requirements.

Users may be able to control cookies through their browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

5.10 Third-party websites and services

TopGuys may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Top Guys Inc. does not control every aspect of third-party privacy or security practices. Users should review the relevant policies before connecting accounts or providing information directly to third parties.

5.11 Children's privacy

TopGuys is not intended for individuals who are under the applicable minimum age for using the platform or entering into the relevant agreements. We do not knowingly permit ineligible individuals to create accounts in violation of applicable law.

If we become aware that an account has been created in violation of applicable age requirements, we may take appropriate action.

5.12 International data processing

Depending on the location of our users and service providers, personal information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions other than the user's place of residence.

Where required, Top Guys Inc. will use applicable safeguards and comply with relevant laws governing international transfers and privacy rights.

5.13 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, integrations, or legal requirements change.

The revised policy will be published with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.
